# `Ussd.Responses.Arkesel`

Formats a response for the Arkesel USSD gateway.

`userID` comes from `config :ussd, :arkesel_user_id` (Arkesel's equivalent of the
Laravel package's `services.arkesel.ussd_user_id` config value).
